基于适配体对于新型冠状病毒特异性识别的性能结合电化学构建的一类生物传感器,该方法具有灵敏度高、检测速度快、易于操作等优势。

基于N蛋白触发适配体作为门控的介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒靶向治疗新型冠状病毒

本课题基于氨基化的介孔二氧化硅作为药物的载体,适配体与金纳米粒子作为载药介孔二氧化硅的“门控”。通过该方法能够实现靶向治疗新型冠状病毒。


Aptamer sensor based on electrochemical aptamer was used to detect COVID-19.

Targeted treatment of COVID-19 with mesoporous silica nanoparticles based on N-protein trigger aptamer as gated.
